Your resume is the most important tool when you are looking for a job. And the resume has changed over time. It now has to be more than just a list of your education and work experience. You will need to show your achievements, skills, traits, development, and projects on the CV. With it, you can show potential employers what makes you who you are and what skills you have. It's arguably the most important document in the job application process.

Employers will often look at resumes for five seconds before deciding whether or not they want to keep looking at them. Therefore, it is important that you include all the necessary information in your resume so that employers can get an idea of what kind of candidate they are looking at within 5 seconds. Some things that employers look for in a resume are work history, skills, education, volunteer experience, and any awards or accolades.

A resume should not be lengthy and it should be relevant to the type of job that you are applying for. It is also important to differentiate yourself from other candidates with your resume.

The best resumes are concise and to the point. A long resume with irrelevant information will not help you get the job. Your resume should be tailored to the type of job that you're applying for, but it also needs to stand out from other applicants.

A resume is a summary of your professional life. The first step in creating a good resume is to analyze the job requirements and tailor your resume to those requirements. For example, if the job requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, you should list it on your resume as a skill. You would also want to mention any other applicable skills that the employer might find helpful.

Your resume is your first impression. You only have one chance to make a good impression, and it's essential that you don't waste it by including irrelevant information. It's important to remember that there are many different types of resumes, and yours needs to be tailored to the type of job that you're applying for. Your resume should be concise and contain relevant information about your experience and qualifications.

Let's hope this will help you to start the baby steps toward building a winning CV and landing your dream job. Best of luck.....

I shot this picture on a beautiful day during a roadtrip in Galicia, Spain. I shared this journey with some female friends. You know: good food, good beers, great landscapes and a greater company. When the sun was going down, we took a walk on the beach, and I let my friends pass by… The image was beautiful and powerful, and I asked them to jump.

Now, fast-forwarding to today, these friends have become teachers, judges and doctors.
